As a result, cricket fans around the world were surprised when cameras caught Dravid in an animated moment during the second ODI match between India and New Zealand in Raipur on Saturday. In a video that has become quite popular on social media, Dravid can be seen frantically moving his arms to make his point and finishes the gesture by simulating a straight drive.

Although no one has been able to understand or explain the action, it has left commentators divided. Harsh Bhogle was shocked by the action and even asked the audience to “try and decode it for us”.
