KNOXVILLE — On January 31st, the National Wrestling Alliance will continue to honor its 74-year history by returning to the Knoxville Convention Center for our first live NWA Power event.

As part of NWA Outreach, our ongoing effort to help the communities we visit, NWA is proud to announce that we have partnered with East Tennessee Children’s Hospital, offering complimentary tickets to healthcare workers, patients and their families.

Also, on the morning of January 31, a group of NWA stars will visit hospital patients who are unable to attend the events.

“East Tennessee Children’s Hospital is excited to once again host the National Wrestling Alliance for a visit on January 31st. Our young patients are truly enlightened to see them, ask questions and sometimes even wear a championship belt. It brings both laughter and comfort during a difficult time. We are grateful for their support,” said Cheryl Allman, director of volunteer services and programs at East Tennessee Children’s Hospital.

“I’m so glad we got to visit East Tennessee Children’s Hospital again. We know these kids are going through a very difficult time in their lives, the healthcare workers are helping them heal, so I’m happy to provide some fun and entertainment,” said National Wrestling President and CEO William Patrick Corgan. alliance
