Mark Briscoe will make his AEW Dynamite debut on Wednesday

Mark Briscoe will be his AEW Dynamite’s debut comes a week after the tragic death of his brother Jay.

Jay Briscoe (Jamin Pugh) was killed in an automobile accident last week. The wrestling world has rallied around the Pugh family during this incredibly difficult time. Jay received a lot of support from his friends and fans and a Fundraiser Established to ease the financial burden on families. Unfortunately, AEW hasn’t been able to do much to honor Jay Briscoe for one reason A longstanding policy of Warner Bros. Discovery.

As of this week, the Briscoes have been effectively blackmailed from TBS and TNT due to insensitive (homosexual) comments made by Jay years ago for which he atones. Thankfully, it appears that policy has changed.

Tony Khan announcement On Tuesday that Mark Briscoe will be in Dynamite action, thus ending their controversial ban. He will wrestle Jay’s longtime friend and rival Jay Lethal.

According to TK, the match was requested by both men to honor Jay Briscoe on his 39th birthday.
