On today’s Wrestle Kingdom show, IWGP Heavyweight Champion Kazuchika Okada teams up with Togi Makabe to take on the NOAH duo of Yoshiki Inamura and Kaito Kiyomi. The match ended in a no contest after a wild brawl broke out during the match. Okada and Kiyomiya exchanged several hard strikes with each other during the bout and the feud continued after the match ended.
Before Okada left, a furious Kiyomiya got on the microphone and challenged Okada to a singles matchup. Kaito Kiyomiya was later seen repeating the call backstage. Okada left angrily and did not comment on the challenge. He was seen shouting angrily backstage at the camera operators for not filming.
