Flames visual recap 47: Pelletier takes down Calgary Lightning in NHL debut – The Win Column

After being a healthy scratch for six games since being called up, Calgary Flames 2019 first-round pick Jacob Pelletier finally made his NHL debut against the Tampa Bay Lightning in Saturday’s matinee. The Flames opened the game with purpose and were a very good team. When Pelletier was on the ice, his presence was noticeable and he saw good results. Big notes about the game included Pelletier’s limited ice time after a rough start, the Flames penalty kill going a perfect six-for-six against the league’s second-ranked power play, and Dan Vlader Makes huge stops to lead team to victory.
