Brian Danielson has a bad arm, and Timothy Thatcher is waiting

Bryan Danielson must defeat Brian Cage on January 25th Dynamite Maxwell to keep his dream of challenging Jacob Friedman for the AEW World Title alive in an Iron Man match revolution. But with MJF giving Prince Nana and Brian Cage a big envelope full of “money” to break Danielson’s arm, staying out of tonight’s match unscathed was the big challenge.

Cage did his best in the match by targeting the left shoulder of the American Dragon.

Bryan fought through the pain to get a roll-up win, but he wasn’t 100%. He certainly didn’t want to fight Cage and Nana, let alone the champ. An enraged MJF hit the ring to administer a machine attack to his opponent’s arm…

… and dived into the chair with Danielson’s arm wrapped around him to finish the job himself. Fortunately for Brian, the first person he defeated on his quest was saved. Mutual respect between the dragon and Konsuke Takeshita!

After an advertisement, Renee Paquette contacted Danielson when she was told by Dr. Michael Sampson was checking out. Doc said he didn’t think Bryan would be able to wrestle anytime soon (I couldn’t even fathom replicating Sampson’s initial diagnosis), but a blown dragon vowed to not only wrestle, but expose MJF as a coward. process

You know who doesn’t care? This guy, who is bringing one of the best technical wrestlers in the world to finish the job next Wednesday…

Ready for Brian Danielson vs. Timothy Thatcher? Think we’ll get Konsuke Takeshita vs. MKF soon?
