Big Con, formerly known as Konnor in WWE, has signed with IMPACT Wrestling.

Jacques Hedorn of the Pro Wrestling Torch First reported that Kon had signed a multi-year deal, and IMPACT later confirmed the news, but terms were not disclosed. Conn made his IMPACT debut on the February 10 episode of 2022 IMPACT Wrestling. There, Josh Alexander defeated him in a singles match.

Conn returned on the November 3 episode of Impact Wrestling and joined The Design, a stable that at the time included Eric Young and Diner. A few weeks before Young was “stabbed,” Conn joined the stables with Alan Angels and took over as dinner leader.

In an interview with Heidorn, Cohn mentioned that Tommy Dreamer helped him get the opportunity with IMPACT. He also mentioned that working with the company helped him find his passion again.

“I’ve known him my whole career, and he’s been such a big part of my success,” Conn said. “Impact Wrestling has revitalized me,” Conn said. “It helped me find that passion again.”

Kon, formerly known as Konnor in WWE, had a notable NXT run, as he and Victor, collectively known as The Ascension, won the NXT Tag Team Championship together. They were called up to the main roster in 2014, but did not enjoy the same amount of success. WWE released Konnor and Viktor in 2019. Along with his work at IMPACT, Kon has competed in the independent scene.
